We all need things that bring us wellbeing, especially at the moment. So while we are all at home we have made freely available lots of our Singing Playgrounds and SingMaker interactive singing films. We hope children and families will enjoy these playful happy films, and we hope teachers will find them useful to signpost their children to when setting home-learning activities. Singing brings wellbeing. It releases feel-good hormones, it reduces cortisol, it gets us breathing and connects us to our core, it stimulates our brains, gets us moving, and it distracts us. Our songs and singing games written by our team are playful and joyous, and develop singing and early musicianship. There are films for young children and throughout the primary school age range. There is also a special film for everyone, Be not Afeard, the headliner film for our Singing Playgrounds Birmingham Programme. Have fun!
